differently. Today, passion for the mission is not enough make up for lack of resources and expertise.
I work with leaders and senior teams to simplify the process of transition so that it is both
manageable and impactful and reflects the capacity of the organisation. My focus is always on
building skills and competence internally and empowering teams to create a strong platform for
sustainability and growth.
Fees
I work on a project fee based on an agreed brief. A pro-rata fee basis can also be discussed for half or full day sessions.
I offer an introductory session to tease out the brief, which is followed by a fee proposal for a programme of support.
The fee rate for development coaching for individuals and senior teams is charged at an hourly rate for a live or online coaching session which includes preparation and follow up.
